This list is a team effort by Yang Liu, Bonnie Webber, Yulan He, @trevorcohn, @IAugenstein... and the #NLProc Twitterverse! Some of these points are directly based on community discussions of peer reviews in past *ACL conferences, organized by @annargrs. /2
We will be tweeting reminders about these policies before the start of the reviewing period AND before author rebuttal, so that the authors could draw the AC's attention to any such spurious reviews. /3
