I love the new @SpringBoot 2.3 release. It's hard to pick any single thing or theme, but I love the features that make my software even more relevant on @kubernetesio and in the cloud.

@SpringBoot 2.3 has built-in knowledge of the availability of your application, tracking whether it is alive and whether it is ready to handle traffic. This is a great addition to the Kubernetes theme.

Graceful shutdown for all 4 embedded web servers (Jetty, Reactor Netty, Tomcat, and Undertow) and w/ both reactive and Servlet apps. Once configured, on shutdown, the web server will reject new requests and wait for the grace period for active requests to complete.

Smarter observability and operationalization in minor upgrades to @SpringBoot Actuator

- names in metric are ordered alphabetically
- the DataSource health indicator use `Connection#isValid`, not query
- smarter @WavefrontHQ trace/metrics
- native @apachekafka metrics

Tons of updates to the @RSocketIO story. You can now use the @RSocketIO integrations for Spring Integration out-of-the-box. Also, there's a RSocketMessageHandlerCustomizer interface provided out-of-the-box to customize the RSocket infrastructure .
