To push back on NV & MI absentee ballot application moves, the WH quoted a 2005 report Carter/Baker Commission report on potential fraud from absentee ballots.

Worth noting: Carter is now calling for leaders "to expand vote-by-mail" during the pandemic

2/ This appears to be a reference to a non-peer-reviewed study by the VA that showed increased mortality with use of the drug but also noted “the importance of awaiting the results of ongoing prospective, randomized, controlled studies before widespread adoption of these drugs.”
3/ Per Physicians Weekly, those in the study were around age 70 and
“patients with more severe disease were more likely to be prescribed either HC alone or in combination with AZ.” (azithromycin)
