We have insurance laws to prohibit exploitative insurance contracts

We can easily have platform laws that prohibit exploitative social media terms of service
Twitter now demands the right to ban any user at any time for any reason

They do not compensate users for their contributions to the platform

And now they can seize your platform without redress, no matter how much work has gone into building your audience
Terms of service like these should be illegal for large social media platforms

And there's no reason they can't be, it just takes the will to make it law
