The National Guard over steps the Governor under the Insurrection Act...the President controls them . The fears are the Governors mandating vaccination or improper tests performed. Patrick Leahy said..
“The changes to the Insurrection Act will allow the President to use the military, including the National Guard, to carry out law enforcement activities without the consent of a governor. When the Insurrection Act is invoked posse comitatus does not apply".-
Even as the Sheriff said..the Feds say these are essential whereas certain Governors are not. It depends on who is calling the NAT Guards orders and I believe it will be the President to end this squander and Local and State violations of the Constitution.
