There was some confusion in the replies to my last thread as to the significance of Judge Napolitano.

Here's the cliff notes version of two threads I wrote on the subject.

Judge Nap is important because George Papadopoulos has repeatedly mentioned him in interviews.

The problem is it does not appear that Judge Nap made the claim about the Russians & Clinton's emails on Fox News in April 2016.

(Maybe a clip exists, but I can't find it)

The earliest suggestion I've found is May 5, 2016.

PapaD appears to confirm this date in the interview he did last week with Rudy Giuliani.

He once again mentions Judge Nap discussing the possibility of the Russians having Clinton's emails, but this time he places Judge Nap's television appearance in May.

(As an aside: I cringe when Rudy says "turns out to be right" about the Russians having Clinton's emails. We don't know if the Russians have Clinton's emails from her private server)

So, yes, many people speculated that foreign powers had accessed Clinton's private server long before May 2016.

However, PapaD is particularly fixated on Judge Nap's suggestion.

Why?

I suspect because he watched the segments (5th & 9th) around the time they first aired.
