1. Eliminate driving - The average person wastes 432 hours a year driving. You want to be as close to work, the gym, and the grocery store as possible. If you can eliminate the need for a vehicle even better because you’ll save money and time, which you can begin reinvesting.
2. Meal Prepping - 546 hours a year is spent eating and cooking. Meal prepping can cut this down to 1/4th of that time and also helps you track macro-nutrients and caloric intake better. All you need is a food scale, slow cooker and Google.
3. Digital media time waste - 2148 hours wasted on digital media annually on average. Where is most of it taking place? In bed, in the bathroom or on the couch. Uninstall Netflix, no video games, and stop taking your phone to bed or the bathroom.

4. Snoozing - Most people spend at least 85 hours every year snoozing. This is pure mental weakness, have your phone far away from your bed so you are forced to get out of bed to turn your alarm off.

5. Shorter rests in the gym - When you go to the gym you’re training YOUR MIND and YOUR BODY. 3 minute rests, superset all your accessories, and avoid scrolling. You will burn more calories by keeping your heart rate elevated and you will be training mental discipline.
6. Task batching chores - Homeowners spend 546 hours annually on chores. Batching is simple: choose a block of time (Sunday mornings) and try to stack all your chores into it. Clean your house, take the garbage out, do your laundry, slow cook your food, go grocery shopping etc.
Implement all these and you will gain THOUSANDS OF HOURS OF TIME, which you can use to improve yourself and earn more.
More income means you can outsource these tasks which creates more time.
