VITAMINS FOR SKIN

Are you familiar with vitamins in skincare? Selalu yang ramai tahu & guna is vitamin C. Actually, ada a few more vitamins that are good for your skin which I will share in today’s thread.

1. Vitamin A

Vitamin A which is also known as retinol is the exfoliating, anti-aging, anti-breakout ingredient that many swear by. It can help to reduce wrinkles and firm your skin. ImageImageImageImage

2. Vitamin B3

Nama lain for vitamin B3 is niacinamide. It is a really good ingredient to brighten up your skin, fight acne & reduce the appearance of pores. If you have acne prone skin & banyak scars, I highly suggest you to use products that contain niacinamide. ImageImageImageImage
3. Vitamin B5

Vitamin B5 sebenarnya nama lain for pantothenic acid. It is also known as pro-vitamin B5. It acts as a humectant which helps to tarik air ke dalam kulit. Those yang ada dry skin boleh cari skincare products with vitamin B5 because it is really good for hydration. ImageImageImageImage
4. Vitamin C

I rasa ramai yang dah familiar with vitamin C. Personally, this is one of my fav ingredients. It can help to brighten up your dull skin, reduce pigmentations & acne scars as well as for anti-aging. ImageImageImageImage

5. Vitamin E

Vitamin E pun I rasa ramai yang familiar with it. Sangat bagus untuk bantu hilangkan parut jerawat & gives hydration to the skin. ImageImageImageImage
