I found out from a tweet by @ylecun about something called the @huggingface language model, which looks at all your tweets and then generates new ones if you put in the first few words. I gave it a try, and this is fairly representative of the results. 1/
I was going to leave it for longer as a sort of test for Twitter. But Twitter passed very quickly -- within a few minutes I got no likes, and three comments asking variants of "What are you talking about?" and couldn't face prolonging the experiment any further. 2/
If you want to generate your own, you can do so here. Apparently it will get better in time. But right now I think the Twitter singularity is still a little way off. 3/

While writing this, I have in fact received a like. There are charitable people out there.

A few other examples of bogus tweets follow, some better than others, but none of them much good I'd say. 4/
I wonder whether I would have thought to get the idea out at some point. So I hope that the thread will go some way.

I wonder whether there is an easy way to explain it... in which case we would need to have an extremely dense series with no end of zero. 5/
I wonder whether he was talking about the same thing. 3/

I wonder whether it means there has been a change. I don't know of any proof -- I haven't yet!

I wonder whether it would come up in a referendum on Brexit.

6/ (The "3/" above was part of that fake tweet.)
I wonder whether he knew about the difference between two different ways of writing, the third way, and a different way of writing. I could feel the difference between them, but then I guess I don't think I'd be very much bothered at all. 7/
I wonder whether a government that wants to act as a champion of women and children will even make that clear.

I wonder whether the "vibe" you had in the interview may have been a better one than your own, and what effect it would have on this new policy. 8/
I wonder whether the country would be able to do anything about this in the long term?

I wonder whether someone can get the word "shuffle" in their report, but it was a good idea from the beginning of the century.

I wonder whether the Tories just haven't thought about this.
