Kerala Chief Minister @vijayanpinarayi today gave an important piece of information regarding total no. of deaths in Kerala due to all causes.
No. of deaths from Jan 1 to May 15:
In 2019: 93,717.
In 2020: 73,155.
This year's number is LESS than last year by 20,562. Staggering.

The no. of people who died in traffic accidents in Kerala in 2019 was 4408; in 2018 it was 4303; in 2017 it was 4131.
Even after discounting that, there is still a reduction of about 18,000 deaths, assuming half the accidental deaths take place during the 1st half of the year.
