@woodruffbets That Dec. 29 call was followed by a Dec. 31 call, where Kislyak told Flynn that the reason Russia didn't escalate further was becaus of therir conversation. And Kislyak says the Obama admin sanctions were aimed at hurting Trump just as much as Russia.
