When I was 14, my counselor told me I probably wouldn't go to college because of my Asperger's.

When I was 16, I was told by my dean I would maybe be able to attend a low ranked regional college.

I'm 4 credits from graduating from the #11 liberal arts college in the country
Don't let anybody tell you that your disorder makes you lesser. It makes you stronger. More durable. More resilient. More adaptable. More intelligent.

The world isn't going to change for us. We have two options: change ourselves or change the world. I pick option B.
There are people saying that @GretaThunberg is not capable of handling the enormous position into which she has been thrust because she has Aspergers and mental illness.

I counter that the world simply isn't capable of handling the fact that we're every bit as human as they are.
