You need a nation where aggressive policing isn’t necessary because aggressive policing is predicated on enforcing unfair laws and protecting inhuman inequality.
Because any nation that requires militaristic occupation is an unfair nation, a nation that has failed its people and forfeited its sovereignty.
This country has failed its people. Its government has been bought and sold, its economy wired to benefit the wealthy and powerful. This is not a country in sync with its people or interested in serving the interests of the people. This country is failing.
