Because the word "antifa" is an adjective, the legal categorization of any so-called "antifa" activism as terroristic effectively gives the gov't the ability to label any group/person as such.
In other words, any protestor at a rally against racism or government tyranny could be labeled a "terrorist" and detained.

Regardless of your thoughts on things like the Black Bloc and other aggressive tactics employed by some groups that call themselves 'antifa,' this could be used as a foot in the door for blatant violations of the First Amendment right to free assembly.
This is like if a Democrat POTUS came out and said "The Patriot Movement is now considered a terrorist org."

If being "ANTIFA" becomes sufficient enough reason to be labeled as a terrorist, then the public display of this symbol could (in theory) get you a one-way ticket to GitMo.
