இன்றைய தினமலரில். வந்த ஒரு கட்டுரையில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்த 3 விஷயங்கள் நெஞ்சை நெருடியது.

1 பிரதமர் மோடி அறிவித்த 20 லட்சம் கோடி-ஊக்குவிப்பு திட்டம் 10 நாளாகியும் இன்னும் தொடங்க வே இல்லை

2) வங்கிகளை அணுகும் வாடிக்கையாளர்களுக்கு சரியான பதில் இல்லை

3.அரசு அறிவித்த enhanced Limit க்கான Gurantee க்கான பத்திரப்பதிவை insist செய்கிறார்கள்

மாண்புமிகு நிதி அமைச்சர் @nsitharaman அறிவிப்புக்கள் முடிந்த அடுத்த நாளிலிருந்தே தகுதியுள்ள, தேவையான account holder அனைவரிடமும் கேட்டு அவர்களின் வங்கிக் கணக்கில் அவர்களது கடன் தொகையில் 10% உடனடியாக போடப்பட்டது.

இதனால் பலன் பெற்ற பலர் தொழில் அமைப்புகளின் பொறுப்பாளர்கள் - உறுப்பினர்களாக இருந்தும் இதை ஏன் மறைக்கிறார்கள்?

நான் கோவை மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள வங்கிக்கள் தாமாகவே முன்வந்து பயனாளிகள் கணக்கில் 10% வரவு வைத்த தொகையை வெளியிடுகிறேன்.
சந்தேகம் இருப்பின் வங்கியில் கேட்கலாம்.

4. ஸ்டேட் பாங்க் - ரூ21.15 கோடி.

இதோடு மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள மற்ற 20 பாங்குகள்தொகையை கூட்டினால் ரூ 450 கோடிக்கு மேல் வருகிறது.

தமிழ்நாட்டின் மற்ற மாவட்டங்கள் எல்லாம் கூட்டினால் எவ்வளவு வரும் என நீங்களே கணக்கு போட்டுக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

தயாரிப்பு sector க்கான 20% கடன் தொகை உயர்த்த ஆர்டர் வந்துவிட்டதாகவும் அதை வங்கிகள் செய்யத் தொடங்கிவிட்டதாகவும் என்னிடம் பல வங்கி மேலாளர்கள் கூறினார்கள்.

இது உங்களுக்கும் தெரியாமல் இருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை.
ஏனெனில் உங்களிடமும் இத்தகவலை அவர்கள் தெரிவித்ததாகவும் என்னிடம் கூறினார்கள்.

After the mention by our State president @annamalai_k about my injuries during Coimbatore bomb blasts. I wish to share my recollection what had happened on that Bomb day.

The serene , smiling cheluvanarayanaswamy stands tall in the green fertile land of Melukhote. Even today, the Mandyam iyengars of Melukhote do not celebrate Deepavali after the Tyrant, Tipu Sultan annihilated their ancestors ,several years ago on a Naraka Chaturthi day. Similarly ,in a city not very far away from Melukhote , 14 February is still remembered with poignance and sorrow. The world around might celebrate 14 February for different reasons, but not Coimbatore. The firecrackers on a Diwali night may be a blissful sight but not a blitzkrieg brought about by a series of Bomb blasts.

On the 14th of February,1998, the city of Coimbatore woke up silently, completely unaware the danger that would unfold throughout the day. A total of 58 people were killed and over 200 injured in the 12 bomb attacks in 11 places, all within a 12 kilometers radius. This was a plot aimed at killing Lal Krishna Advani, the former Deputy Prime Minister of India. It must be God who had protected him and saved his life.

Almost 25 years have passed since the blasts that took place.

As one of the victims of the Coimbatore explosion, I wish to share some of my memories of that dark day in the history of Coimbatore. At About 3 pm on 14 Feb 1998, when we had entered the Press Club, the DMK Candidate for the Nilgiris Constituency, CT Dhandapani was giving his press meeting. As an in charge of Nilgiris Constituency , along with our BJP Candidate to Nilgiris, Master Madhan .We were waiting for our turn. Suddenly, a close friend of mine from media told me frantically about the bombing and tried to alert us. When I had questioned upon the authenticity of the information, the journalist had replied that he had overheard the conversation between a follower of Islam, sporting a long beard and being draped in a Lungi, and the DMK Candidate in the press club. So, I called the then BJYM Secretary, Senthil Kumar from my brick-like Mobile to alert him about the bomb blast. He replied that he was standing near the dais where Advani Ji was about to speak. As I was about to end my call, I heard a bomb going off. I had to stop the press conference halfway and rush to the stage.

When I reached RS Puram, brother Senthil came near, saying he had been running around picking up injured victims and transporting them to the nearest Government Hospital.

On the stage where the function was to be held stood brother Chinnaraj, late Senkai Vasu and others. I went to the stage and requested everyone to be calm and not to panic. The clock went ticking on. It was well past 5 PM, but Advani Ji did not reach the venue. I received a call and was asked to come to the Airport. Due to severe security lapses, LK Advani was not permitter=d

I went along with the reporters to the airport. At the Airport, the then Collector Santhanam, the Commissioner of Police, and the senior BJP Leaders like CP Radhakrishnan, H Raja were present along with Advani Ji. I then briefed Advani Ji that the DMK-run state government had known well in advance about the bomb blast and shared with him all the inputs that I had received . Advaniji asked me to explain about the truth behind all that had happened in the press meeting that followed.

Advani Ji proved himself to be a true Patriot. He is an extraordinary leader, whose patriotism is quite profound and Unparallel. He did not pay any heed to the police Instructions, and he went on to meet the victims of the blasts, their families and offered words of condolences and consolation to them. He had also instructed the workers of the BJP party to offer all the help they could , he then returned home, after addressing all the victims.

The hospital was like a battlefield. There were dead bodies scattered everywhere; blood was dripping on the ground. The Relatives of the deceased were standing around and crying out loud on their irreparable losses. Late in the evening, when I had returned home, I could not sleep well . As I recalled the scenes of the blasts, my heart was heavy.

On the next day, 15 February 1998, Arrangements have been made for blood donors to be available at all the hospitals treating the victims. We had also arranged to hand over the dead bodies of those relatives who had come to the public meeting. Former BJP State President Late KN Lakshmanan and I, along with four other police officers traveled to Mettupalayam to hand over the mortal remains to some of the families.

At around 2.30 am on 16 February,1998, the car was passing through Kannappa Nagar, when it was hit by a mob of attackers, who were sitting on the road and blocking us. They threw brackets and bricks at me. My head started to bleed then. I tried to drive past the mob without stopping the car, leaned on the steering wheel in a daze and somehow continued to drive past the mob.

Inside the car, everyone tried to crouch in their seats and so were able to survive with minor injuries only. We were then stunned to remove about five billhooks and six bricks from the car. For about three weeks, I was treated in ICU ward at Ellen hospital. Then I was shifted to the normal ward and the treatment continued for 3 more weeks. Later, I was discharged from the hospital and returned home to live peacefully with my family who have been waiting for me for a long time. I could never forget those moments of somber and mixed emotions.

It was Late Jana Krishnamoorthi Ji, who had condemned the attacks on me and sought justice for me. He called it out to be the extension of Islamic terrorism. He had come to visit me twice in the Hospital ,when I was in the total state of Comatose ,inside the ICU ward. Sometimes the heart is pierced with a spear when the sacrifices are trivialized, without being respected .

When I was discharged from the hospital, I passed a tearful tribute poster on the street. My family doctor Vijayaragavan quipped, if the scythe had been cut an inch further into my head, the photo of my smiling face would have been pasted on the poster. When I returned home ,my daughter who was 15 years old, and my son then 10, hugged me and cried a lot. They wanted me to swear that I would no longer associate myself with the party anymore. But more than the promise, my party, and my nation, are as equal as my family.

Its my privilege to be able to pay respects and homage to all the families who are still making great sacrifices for the country and the organization even more than what we have done.

மூன்று நாடுகளுக்கு ஐந்து நாள் பயணம் மேற்கொண்டார் பாரத பிரதமர் அப்படி ஐந்து நாள் பயணத்தில் பாரத பிரதமர் என்ன செய்தார் என்று விவரிக்கிறேன் படித்து பகிருங்கள்.

ஜி 7 உச்சி மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொண்ட பாரத பிரதமர் , அங்கு சீனாவின் அச்சுறுத்தல்கள் பற்றி பேசினார்.
