2/3 - Proximal control was obtained in the neck, an intradural clinoidectomy performed with the sonopet bone claw and a fenestrated clip utilised for direct clipping with the distal ICA and PComm within the fenestration
3/3 - As articulated by all of our contributors these are difficult aneurysms to deal with and all options need to be weighed up. @DanielWalshFRCS @NeurosurgTolias & @AhilanKVasan, reasonable to say an open approach is preferred where possible at King's?
