صح فيه قائمة ممنوعات لكنها مو كثيره ولها بدائل زي حليب الصويا او حليب خالي اللاكتوز بدال الحليب البقري، البصل الأخضر بدال البصل الأبيض وهكذا، مع العلم انها ممنوعة لفترة معينة فقط لين نكتشف الأصناف الي تهيج القولون.

-سكر الطعام مسموح في النظام لأنه سكر السكروز الأحادي
