Some exciting personal news.
I woke up to this guy DMing me a promise to smash my face into pavement for daring to suggest that police are violent fascists, and I wish I'd thought to screen cap before reporting him for targeted harassment, because the meet-up spot he proposed for our fight was "California."
Let this be your lesson: screen-cap personal threats before reporting them if they're also hilarious.
Anyway if you want to back me up, come to California. I'll also be there.

•Police accountability and oversight
•Civilian review boards with authority
•An end to racial profiling
•Real accountability and sweeping police reform
Let your reps know you mean business. Let them know you'll support the primary challenger of anyone not onboard w/sweeping police reform. Let them know you except total opposition to any organization that wages war against U.S. citizens as a *baseline* for your support.

What the last week has taught me beyond any shadow of a doubt that we would be safer, more peaceful, and more *lawful* society by far with no police at all then with the police that we have.

The police themselves have made an uncontestable case for this observable fact.
If “police” could be defined as an entity that enforces laws, in order to keep peace and protect citizens in the service of a shared society, than it must be said, we *already* have no police at all.

We have deputized thugs.

Nothing at all would be better than this.
Americas police departments are at war with their own citizens. That is what’s happening right now.

We don’t need an organization that will go to war against its own citizens. That’s not some thing any society needs.

Donald Trump is an unlawful president, a confederate, a dictator, a fascist, an authoritarian, and a white supremacist. He is waging war against his own citizens.

What would you call the party he leads?

What would you call anyone who would belong to such a party?
Sending troops and police and vigilantes to terrorize people for the crime of wanting to stay safe in their own neighborhoods.

Pushing people into a pandemic without a plan to feed his greed and ego.

Attacking the marginalized. Caging them. Stealing their children.
He's the American Hitler. He's on his way.

He's vile. He's evil. Quite obviously so.

And so are the elected representatives who back him. And the crowds who feed on his hate.

Leave your evil party, Republicans. Nothing to save by staying. Your souls to save by leaving. Leave.
