I've just arrived and apparently the crowd is much smaller than it was an hour ago.

5th Street
Crowd met up with police at 5th and McDowell and police started throwing flashbangs in rapid succession. This is the last of 6-7.

This standoff happened for about 6-8 minutes while the one in the camo jacket yelled to officers how his parents are military and he's trying to get into the Air Force. Eventually police decided to run at them and arrest the one in the orange.
Officer tells @lafrancois_j he believes police aren't allowed to shoot down from above as a matter of policy.
