Here's what the Telegraph reported at the time: "No laws have been broken" @SuellaBraverman told Ministers.
Assuming the Telegraph is right, hers is *plainly* a legal opinion - and one given, it is reasonable to assume, with the intention of influencing Cabinet discussions about whether Dominic Cummings should be sacked.
Preserving the integrity of the legal process is something we at @GoodLawProject care very much about.
