We seriously need to consider:

Kashmiris can apply in any District of Jammu. They can get a Job; buy property, get a rented house, settle peacefully in any District of Jammu.

Many of even after encroaching Forests & State Lands in Jammu Province are living peacefully.

Can candidates from Jammu buy property, settle peacefully in any District of Kashmir?

Kashmiris do not allow any non Kashmiri to buy any type of property in Kashmir. They don’t allow Non Kashmiris to have a dignified survival in Kashmir. Remembe Hindus and Sikhs in Kashmir

LeT; HM & other terrorist organisations have declared that Kashmir is only for Kashmiris. Any outsider has to either leave or die. We saw many such killings in the recent past.

Will a Class IV employee from Jammu be able to fight LeT; HM, Separatists and indoctrinated radical and militarised Kashmiri society although his service career? Will he be able to survive? Despite selection, will his family allow him to go and serve in Kashmir?

Even if it 70:30, waves of Kashmiri settlements in Districts of Jammu will invade Jammu Demographically.
