- A state court judge in Tennessee ordered the state to provide mail-in ballots to anyone who wants one to avoid COVID-19: aclu.org/legal-document…

- In Minnesota, the ACLU announced today that it had filed a lawsuit in state court to have the state send all registered voters an absentee ballot and to waive the witness requirement: aclu.org/legal-document…
