The issues with Blacks in America are many and run deep. If we practice the same culture of those who have committed and still commit genocide against us, then we will be committing genocide against ourselves!

Not that you care, but:

70+% of our immune system is located in our gut/stomach. Think about the foods that you are putting there.

Our stomach is like a Brain. Either we are feeding it properly or hurting it. It will respond.

When our immune system breaks down, viruses enter.
Cleanse that colon also. Get that excess waste out of the body.

As stated before, bad eating habits are passed down from generation to generation, thus giving us the health defects that many have.

You know what foods are good vs. bad. Let's make the right choices.
The immune system and oxygen go hand in hand. The elderly and those with conditions are dying from lack of oxygen from the lungs.

When oxygen levels are low, the immune system can overreact and cause fatal illness. Take care of your gut.
