Some people thought we were scaremongering when we said how bad it was in left-leaning political circles in the US, but this isn’t news to anyone who’s worked in politics or nonprofits in recent years. It’s just gotten a little louder, and more public. 
Does anyone really, truly, think that this person and the political networks they spend all day taking cues from, the candidates they serve, are going to protect the sex-based rights of women and girls to single-sex accommodations or female-only sports, from the gender activists?
They’re *all* gender activists now. With an unwavering, mindless fury, they hate everyone who points out that sex is real, and that it has implications for the safety of women and children, for women’s rights under the law, and for LGB people. They hate you, and won’t listen.
If you know that Karen White should never have been in a women’s prison, this person, who had a senior position with the Warren campaign, thinks you are “complete scum,” who should “shut the f*** up.” This is who we’re supposed to negotiate with to protect women’s rights... now?
Take a good, long look at this response to someone saying, simply and calmly, that, “If sex isn’t real, there’s no same-sex attraction.” This is who we’re supposed to negotiate with to protect the rights of lesbian and bi women, or to save LGB kids from sterilization as minors?
This seems nothing less than burning, furious hatred and contempt, from a blue check political professional. Best believe this is exactly what they think of all of you who are trying to have it both ways and be ‘nice’ about pronouns, or nuanced about “true” transsexuality, too.
This is a public statement by a presidential campaign-level political staffer. “Complete scum.” “Shut the f*** up you transphobic f***.” No one even talks this way to the opposition, or anyone they think they, or the candidates they represent, might have to work with someday.
No one at that level of political work makes a statement like this about anyone unless they feel 100% certain that everyone they know will have their backs, and it won’t hurt their future employment or damage any former employer.
It starts with lying to be nice, to be kind.

This is a fanatical cult that hates women, any mention of women, and any women who won’t instantly sign the loyalty pledge.
None of this support has any more depth than a hostage statement, because the left will now destroy any woman who challenges this political religion.
