The Trump administration wants to the public to believe it's dead.

But their ACTIONS tell a very different story.
2. Here is the key point: The settlement that created the $1.766 billion "anti-weaponization" fund is a WRITTEN DOCUMENT.

It says explicitly that it "may be modified only with the written agreement of the Parties.”
