Minnesota is full of people who talk about racial justice but do nothing.

The University of Minnesota provides separate (segregated) housing for undergraduate students in its honors program. For weeks I asked them for the demographic data. Just last week Vice Provost Robert McMaster wrote me that the honors program was less than 1% black.
