For starters, this shot was greatly trimmed down and the funky space background was replaced:

Slightly re-timed, animation error on the rising section was corrected, glow effect recoloured and the Matrix was added.
Shot shortened, funky space background was replaced and so was the placeholder for the Matrix.

Funky space bg was, of course, replaced. Static Unicron cel was mistimed, panning out too late, causing the extending legs animation to clip through the arm.

This shot went unaltered and we get to see more of it in the movie. In the HD release we can see the funky space bg in all of its funky glory.
