questions about today's easing of the lockdown announced by the PM @KateAlvanley @jimmcmanusph @Jeanelleuk @GregClarkMP @Jeremy_Hunt
test and trace is still in development. When will it be ready to provide the protection we need to avoid a resurgence of C-19? when will every LA have a local outbreak plan and enough staff to do contact tracing?
the PM referenced the Joint Biosecurity Centre which is now on its second leader in 4 weeks. Exactly what is it doing and when will it be fully operational?
R values are published by region. When will we see values by areas within regions which in some cases are - I understand - above 1?
what other data can we use at sub regional level to have advance warning of local outbreaks e.g. trends in infection rates? How is data being shared with DsPH who are at the forefront of our defences?
when will test results be shared with GPs and how can GPs be asked to support test and trace (I understand this is planned but not yet the case)?
How are test results being shared with DsPH to enable rapid follow up of contacts? are these results being shared now (I understand this is not the case)?
when will test results be reported within (1) 24 hours and (2) 4 hours?
these are just of the items of unfinished business that ought to be resolved before easing of lockdown
