To everyone speaking out on #CAHisover: I'm with you and I believe you. If the Chicago creative/game community is going to heal we need to first be honest about what's been going on.

Throughout my years renting a desk at Some Office I've experienced Max's toxic/abusive behavior personally as well as seen it firsthand. What's on #CAHisover is the tip of the iceberg.
If you have a story or anything at all, I'm here to listen, be a voice for you or help in any way I can. Breaking my silence on this is long overdue and I'm sorry I didn't do it much sooner.
Chicago is my home and a large part of why is the amazing people that make up our community. I know if we come together we can grow stronger and more immune to the insidious toxicity that reigned for so long at Cards. #CAHisover
