BREAKING: Metro announces dates of future shutdowns for platform work.
In mid-February to mid-May 2021 they plan to shut down Arlington Cemetery and Addison Road.

Metro also plans to shut down every station east of Stadium Armory on the Orange Line in summer 2022 - Minnesota Avenue, Deanwood, Cheverly, Landover, New Carrollton.
Metro plans to do platform work at National Airport from Fall 2022 to Spring 2023, but without closing the station.
They say parts of it may close at times but two tracks will always stay open and passengers will be able to get on and get off there while the work is done.

A Metro spokesperson adds that these dates are not yet set in stone and subject to change. But for now, this is when Metro hopes to shut down the stations to do the work.
