5 jihadists factions in Idlib that oppose the ceasefire imposed on the area formed a joint operations room. Several of the factions are led by commanders who defected from Hayat Tahrir a-Sham because it was not hardline enough. 
The groups: Hurras a-Deen (AQ), Tansiqiyat al-Jihad (small faction led by Abu al-Abd Ashidda), Liwaa al-Muqatelin wa al-Ansar led by Abu Malek a-Shami of mostly reef Dimashq fighters, Ansar a-Deen & Ansar al-Islam.
All of these factions are small and broke, but also insistent on not abiding by the ceasefire, so they can't take over a single village and hold it, but can cause a lot of headache.
As expected, the "Incite the Believers" operations' room is officially folded into the new operations room "So Be Steadfast"
