Had another great Q/A session in the Discord server today. I'll be releasing them on my channel in the coming weeks. This was was about systemic racism. 1/7 
I usually get into trouble from both sides because I 1. agree that systemic racism is an ongoing reality and 2. I critique Critical Race theory, especially its prescribed "solutions" to systemic racism. 2/7
Understanding this theological distinction is very helpful on this count, especially because Critical theory is works from corrupted Christian "code". 3/7
The same group will throw a fit over "penal substitutionary atonement" in church only to turn around and demand a secularized racial application of it in the streets 4/7
The same people protest the tyranny of churches even reduced to "voluntary private organizations" in our secular sphere and then flirt with tyranny by secular government 5/7
Jesus is of course helpful here. We all must check ourselves first before making accusations of others, particularly within and as identity groups. 6/7
Next consider what the Apostle Paul has to day about catching someone in a sin. Restoration in gentleness because you may fall into the same sin. 7/7
