Here's the key point: People with an extreme need for order, a fear of other races/religions, and a general attraction to strongman leaders tend to see Trump's assault on democracy not as a bug but a feature

P.P.S. To clarify, the 1st tweet in this thread isn't something I thought up in the shower this morning. Karen Stenner's research (see 2nd tweet) found that these values do in fact cluster in two distinct sets, which are negatively correlated & predictive of opposed worldviews.
