Too many things. Too many. Depression isn't one big thing at times. It is many small things, in a slow avalanche that cuts you from all corners. It tells you you are not worthy. It brings shame and fear and doubt. It tells you nothing really matters
It tells you your job is useless, your family and friends don't love you and it tells you that the song you always listened to has no meaning. The beauty of the world is lost on you. You are isolated, foggy brained, just existing
