Aries: Zuko- impulsive, driven, aggressive, and governed by obsession. Strong sense of self. Tries to be good.
Also Aries: Zhao- lacks control, fiery, major ego. Knows how to throw down. 
Taurus: Iroh- relaxed and chill, just wants to drink tea and eat and hang out with the ladies but mess with his family and he’ll wreck you.
Also Taurus: Suki- Soft but kick ass, spends her days vibing with bae
Gemini: Ty Lee- energetic, short attention span, can’t make up her mind, flirty, talks too much about auras.
Cancer: Katara- leads by her feelings, cautious, but depth of emotions: compassion, love, anger. Knows how to hold a grudge. Natural healer.
Leo: Jet- A natural leader, charismatic, strong sense of self-importance. Beneath the cool burns stuff he can’t let go.
Also Leo: Ozai- Needs to be the center of attention, flair for dramatics, wants to conquer the world.
Virgo: Mai- Tired of everyone’s bs, cleans up the mess, tough exterior, but still has feelings you just gotta get passed the surface. Wicked competent.
Also Virgo: Long Feng- Wants order and stability and will do whatever it takes to get it done. Efficient.
Libra: Aang- A free spirit, wants everyone to get along. A bit indecisive, tries to avoid conflict and heavy stuff. Likable and restless.
Scorpio: Azula- Cool but raging fire, intimidating, but alluring. Kinda a demon. Depths of insanity.
Sagittarius: Sokka- A bit of a goof, but smart. Inclined to philosophy and skepticism. Has multiple partners. Loves a good map.
Capricorn: Toph- The most competent in the group. Seems like she’s lounging about but does the most. Hard time expressing emotions, but still has feelings. Sees better than anyone. Sensible but governed by her own rules.
Aquarius: King Bumi- No one has any clue what he’s talking about. Strange, but interesting. Spends a lot of time contemplating and doing nothing before finally acting.
Pisces: Princess Yue- Strong connection to the spirits. Kinda sends mixed signals. Literally turned into the moon.
