Garrett Wolfe has been charged with the murder after shooting & killing Rayshard Brooks. A second officer, Devin Brosnan, has become a cooperating witness for the government, according to the district attorney.

New Tonight: Disturbing video from @WBFO in Buffalo, NY shows an elderly man walk up to police in riot gear. An officer shoves the man...he falls backwards, hits his head...starts bleeding immediately...motionless.
Why did this happen @BPDAlerts ?
I’ve asked city officials why the officers took this action, whether leadership believes it was justified, and how the man is doing. Stay tuned.
