I just hit 2000..

.. I was in the middle of writing a thread on "How to Prepare for Money Twitter..

But didn't want to bore anybody..

Instead..

----> Here are some HUGE lessons I've learned:

1.) Stand up for what you believe in:

As I began growing this account..

I found myself constantly questioning the "authenticity" of others around me..

----> There is a lot of sketch in the real business world, so there's no surprise it happens here as well..

Because many accounts have no idea what to expect upon joining this side..

--> It's easy for them to fall into money traps..

I've taken it upon myself to stand up for these people.

Do I lose some followers because of it?

Sometimes..

But most people appreciate my team and I..

2.) Just Tweet that Shit..

It can be hard to find your voice when you're just getting started..

Even myself..

Around 1500 followers I realized I started drifting away from who I "really" was and it effected my growth...

Be YOURSELF..

Tweet like you talk..

If you aren't sure whether or not a tweet will perform well:

1.) Keep it simple
2.) Focus on creating conversation (not on gaining followers)
3.) Make sure it suits YOUR audience
4.) INCLUDE YOUR PERSONALITY

If the tweet flops..

~ Delete it ❌
~ and Move on ✅

3.) Find your Group

BIIIIIIIG one for me here..

If I asked you to tag "my group"..

I'm confident many of you could get at least 3-4 of them..

** I don't necessarily mean an "engagement group"..
But find a group of people who you LOVE waking up and talking to in the morning

I've been running with the same group from 30 Followers and we're all CRUSHING IT!

--> We'll spend 30-60 minutes underneath SOMEBODY ELSE'S tweet, just f*cking around because it's hilarious..

We're grown ass people cracking ourselves up with GIFs and shit.

MAKE TWITTER FUN!!

4.) Investing some $$$

Here are some reasons to buy infoproducts other than "they'll help you grow"..

a.) Networking (you might gain a connection with a BIG player)

b.) Affiliating (you'll get a shot at making some serious $$)

c.) You'll at least learn SOMETHING from it

d.) "Scared Money don't Make Money".. (you can't be afraid to invest money if you want to make MORE money..

spending $29 on a product may teach you something ..

.. AND remove that "scared" part of that little noggin of yours..

5.) Celebrate Milestones and Showcase Results..

THIS is a growth tactic..

We love supporting the wins of others..
And others love seeing our results..

----> @bglock09 posted his aff results (which were insane)..

and he IMMEDIATELY had dozens of people asking for help..

Showcasing results:

- Adds Credibility
- Gets People Talking
- And let's those "big guys" know you're a force to be reckoned with..

POST YOUR WINS! 🔥
(they get engagement, duhhhh)

You probably know this already..

But celebrating your milestones will literally get a TON of your real followers to come out and join the celebration..

--> Does everybody post their milestones?
Yes.

But it's shown as social proof to others and we LOVE to join on what's HOT 🔥

6.) Start Selling as soon as you're Credible enough..

--> I started making money from 300 Followers and did $1200 my first 30 days on @gumroad..

I had a unique product, and people wanted it..

** If you can sell something LEGIT.
Don't wait until you have "2000 followers)..

7.) And finally...

Take your GODDAMN TIME!

. I never expected to grow like this..

But I tell people this all the time:

"If it took FIVE YEARS to hit 10,000 Followers... It would STILL be worth it."

Think of Twitter as an asset that you slowly build over time...

10,000 Engaged Followers WILL replace your income if you do it correctly.

----> Is that NOT better than waiting till you're 67 to "Retire"..

* Take your time, learn what's right, and have fun..
