This week has continued to be absolutely bonkers at the store. We're doing our best to keep up, but it's a challenge. Everyone is tired. We currently have less than 1/3 of our typical inventory in stock for this time of year. 1/n
Staff have been absolutely incredible. Working extra long days when asked (try to avoid this...), helping out wherever they can, and generally just making shit happen. Thanks y'all. 2/n
Appointments for repairs still require patience. We're booking repair appointments two weeks out for in-store, and three weeks out for mobile. We still have a few flat tire slots every day, so don't worry, we'll get that critical stuff done for you ASAP. 3/n

We will continue appointment only for all of 2020. It's working well for us, and we think it feels less chaotic to be a customer. We spend more & better quality time on sales appointments than did before, repair timelines are predictable, but not having coffee still stinks. 8/n
