Lev & Igor's indictments are pending. No word on Giuliani. And there's no telling what else SDNY could be investigating since Trump's business & foundation are within their jurisdiction.
Barr lied about Berman stepping down, a lie he has to have known would surface. So Berman must be very close to doing something they view as being very dangerous for Trump.

In Atlanta press conference, a key piece of evidence: for 2 minutes and 12 seconds after Mr. Brooks was shot, police failed to provide any medical attention; one officer kicked him while he was on the ground & the other stood on his shoulders while he struggled for his life.
The warrants (there has been no grand jury indictment) are for felony murder, aggravated assault, and violation of police procedures. On the murder charge, the penalty ranges from life in prison to death.
Another key piece of evidence detailed by the prosecution is that the taser in Mr. Brooks’ possession had been fired twice so officers knew it posed no further threat to them.

1/ Flynn's case is being argued in the court of appeals this morning. Flynn's lawyer is arguing the appellate court should take the decision as to whether the gov't's motion to dismiss the prosecution should be granted away from the district court.
2/ Flynn's argument is that court can't interfere with the govt's decisions about who to prosecute & the district court has no ability to refuse the motion to dismiss. The argument is that the court of appeals should take the case away before the district court gets it wrong.
3/ As Judge Wilkins & subsequently Judge Henderson point out (& as courts normally work, the process in our system of trial courts whose decisions are reviewed by appellate courts, "wrong" decisions are reversed all the time) Flynn can have the district court's decision reviewed.

1/2 So best case, voting in person involves long lines because of social distancing. Worst case it’s a nightmare because of new machines, new workers & voter error. We must adopt universal vote by mail for November so voters have a choice & can vote safely ajc.com/news/state--re…
2/2 Why haven’t we taken such an obvious step? Trump said it outloud, if too many citizens can vote the GOP can’t win. It’s an unAmerican approach to voting, courtesy of this administration. Demand your right to vote safely & choose our leaders. theguardian.com/us-news/2020/m…
While national mail in would require GOP support, which won’t happen, on a state by state basis, mail in or no-excuse absentee voting can be adopted as emergency measures for the pandemic so everyone can exercise the right to vote in the way that makes the most sense for them.
