40 Million @telegram accounts DB allegedly surfaced on darknet. 
The actor refused to share the DB origins. But ensured that the leak will appear somewhere else.
The actor addressed his Russian speaking followers "12 Million of the records belong to you"
The actor stated that he was able to "deanon a dark-themed telegram channel admins"
According to @ashotog, "this DB is a compilation of the Elastic (79.143.84.84:9200) exposed in May'20 and 12mln Russian records scrapped (Telegram) till April'20."
