The holocaust of Hindus in 1921 by the mopallas of Malabar was not a subject that we knew much of until now...
The debates, discussions, FB and Twitter posts that suddenly spring up .. all educated us to a very vital part of our history that we did not know much of..

We now understand that Variyamkunnathu Kunjahemed was a dacoit, a murderer and had several police cases against him before he graduates into a ful scale Hindu slaughter..

We now know that he was invited to join the Congress party by some Hindus in the Congress party..
he did not join becos he was restricted by the British police who kept a close watch on him... but he did work and campaign for the Congress . At night he created an Islamic cell within and trained his ppl for jihad..

We know that when he was caught finally by the British he fell at their feet begging them and squealing in fear, that he did not take part in this riots. He begged and pleaded for mercy .. and had to be dragged up to one of the forts near by,
kicking and screaming and begging for his life ... and then he was shot to death like the common criminal that he was...

We know a maulavi called Ali Musaliyar who had crowned himself King if Al Daula .. an Islamic State within Kerala that these wretches had created after murdering thousands upon thousands of Hindus was hung to death in Chennai by the British..again like a common criminal..

"The blood-curdling atrocities committed by the Moplas in Malabar against the Hindus were indescribable. All over Southern India, a wave of horrified feeling had spread among the Hindus of every shade of opinion,
which was intensified when certain Khilafat leaders were so misguided as to pass resolutions of congratulations to the Moplas on the brave fight they were conducting for the sake of religion. Any person could have said that this was too heavy a price for Hindu-Muslim unity.
But Mr. Gandhi was so much obsessed by the necessity of establishing Hindu-Muslim unity that he was prepared to make light of the doings of the Moplas and the Khilafats who were congratulating them. He spoke of the Mappilas as the brave God-fearing Moplahs

Such was the picture about India and Hindus that the Christian Missionaries had created among the American public. If you didn't know it already, Juggernaut here refers to the chariot of Lord Jagannath.
In the current English, Juggernaut is a commonly used metaphor to denote a merciless, destructive, and unstoppable killing machine - an allusion to the '"ritual suicide of the foolish and superstitious heathens in front of their Satanic deity's chariot".

I was going through one of the foreign media coverage on the India-China face off in the Galwan Valley. Interestingly, I noticed a comment by one of the ex American Marine, Nail Hend which provides an interesting external perspective.
I am sure, you will feel proud of our Indian Defence and it's illustrious tradition.
