Ergo, I've filed an RTI with NDMA asking details of PM CARES funds disbursed (& to whom) for purchase of ventilators & total number of ventilators purchased.
I've also asked for copies of NDMA's bank account statement from 27 March onwards.
The people of India MUST know.

This cat & mouse game of technicalities & legalese we’re playing would be totally unnecessary if PM Modi was an honest man who’d suo moto disclose details of PM CARES instead of stonewalling enquiries.
