so that employers can continue to engage them even after the scheme ends.
- Use them to train others with the TTT approach, track the training programme or otherwise if its through SME, they can as well start to be employers of labour after been disengaged.

- Some of them collected this 30k for free at the expense of govt borrowing to pay them, and I can bet you, we could count how many times some of them got to be at their PPAs, so FG needs to refine their tracking or feedback mechanism.
- Encourage state governments to implement the same scheme so it can add to the numbers FG got to enrol, for instance: if FG engages 500k & each state gets to add 10k, we will have about 860k that will be empowered through the scheme.
In the 21st century, to create jobs we have to be mindful of the kind of Job it is, is it productive employment or non - productive employment.
The non-productive employment is the one that has brought this country to her knees where people are employed & govt doesn't think of how to get the funds to pay them for the next 35years.
No society can develop without SMEs as SMEs contribute greatly to the economic development of every nation.
