It's unhealthy to fill your stomach with junk food.
But it's just as bad to fill your mind with junk thoughts or your life with junk people.
Here's why I love entrepreneurship so much:
it teaches you that you don't need permission to make the world a better place.

Appreciating what you have right now automatically brings you into the present.
Life isn't that hard.
When you're hungry, eat.
When you're tired, sleep.
And when you're happy, repeat.
Discipline is the ability to sacrifice what you want now for what you want most.

Just went down a YouTube rabbit hole and spent 40 minutes watching Richard Feynman videos.
Which, it turns out, is an awesome use of time.
Just learned that Charles Darwin worked on his theory of evolution in private for 20 years before publishing.
Great ideas take time.
A tip for those contemplating new business ideas:
If you follow a cart of dirt, you pick up dirt.
If you follow a cart of gold, you pick up gold.
Talking about your ideas makes you a teacher.
Living them out makes you a leader.
