@TeamKnowhowUK Hi Karl, it has been over 28 hours and you have not responded. I guess it has got lost in a deluge or a bot can't work out what to do. Never mind, I am happy to be helpful by posting it publicly so it is easy to read. I have taken the personal info out for obvious reasons.
@TeamKnowhowUK I now have a replacement arranged for delivery and a refund of the difference. This has taken at least twenty hours of my time. It has been a fight all the way. Currys have lied about law; it was checked with a solicitor. 1/6
@TeamKnowhowUK I have had sarcasm from call handlers, rudeness & dismissiveness. I was not helped in the process or even explained what to do. When I had the info to do the job that Curry’s should have been doing, I resolved it. 2/6
@TeamKnowhowUK It leaves me with an impression of a company that has no care for customers. During the time it has taken to sort this, I’ve taken £2k of work & personal purchases elsewhere & I won’t purchase more from Curry’s until I’m satisfied that my concerns have been taken seriously 3/6
@TeamKnowhowUK Because I purchased the item with a split of vouchers and card payment I will have a refund split in the same way. I would apply these vouchers first in any transaction. I don't think I should be left in this situation, certainly given the problems I have received. 4/6
@TeamKnowhowUK Unless there is a willingness from Curry’s to discuss the issues I have faced, I will assume this is viewed as an acceptable method of operation and the corporate culture includes rudeness and poor customer treatment. 5/6
