Use downsell in "abandoning" lead/deals to increase purchases.
Lower commitment downsell will result in higher purchase rate from leads.
And also increase their lifetime value.
A good downsell is not only a good tripwire. But also a hidden opportunity to an upsell as part of deal/lead recovery process
Offering downsell also give us extra cash flow to counter against ad spend and customer acquisition cost
Downsell also allows our lead to get one-foot-in to the benefit from our service/product that may be a good potential to become a repeat customer and/or referral to others
