Amplify & resist appropriation of the work of POC esp.WOC who have been developing and doing this work for many years and thinking through the implications of it. Read and listen to their work and intervene by calling out co-optation
Resource and advocate for dedicated spaces for staff and students of colour and of the Global South, including access to specialist counselors and appropriately valuing the labour that we are often asked to do for free

Critique and intervene in the mechanisms of capital that exploit the Global South both in terms of what we teach/don't teach, and our university structures - fees, assessments, and support. Work against the deficit model that positions Black and brown students as lacking
Resist and intervene in performative acts of allyship. Take stock of what we each have access to from where we are located - ask what can we reroute to staff and students of colour without seeking primary benefit to ourselves?

Learn about and call out defensive responses to anti-racist work e.g. fragile emotional responses, derailing, appropriation, gaslighting, tone policing, whataboutism... Recognise and work against anti-blackness, including from within our own solidarity communities.
