they compare the standards of living, both in capitalist and socialist countries.
It was done in 1981 and it's based on Wold Bank's data.

I have to say that it was done in a time that
there was already decline in socialist countries (to cover in the future).
First fact... people in socialist ones had more calories per capita (more 12% to 15%)...
and imagine... they exceeded the 100% requirement.. surplus!
