2. If you read the story, you know that we obtained a recording of Marc Kielburger on the phone in 2017 with the person who ran WE's Kenya operation, Peter Ruhiu. soundcloud.com/canadaland/i-c…
3. During the call, Ruhiu makes death threats about one of Kielburger's employees, talks about paying-off government investigators, and mentions their organization's "criminal offences." Marc listens calmly and agrees that the situation is "mission critical." He offers his help. 
4. When we asked Marc Kielburger about this, his lawyer explained that actually, Kielburger was collecting information during the call on behalf of the Kenyan police. He made the call and recorded it because they asked him to, as they were investigating Peter Ruhiu at WE's urging
5. We included this explanation in our report. But we also asked Kielburger and his lawyer if they could provide any documentation in support of these claims.
6. Our small update is that neither Marc Kielburger or his lawyer have responded to that request for supporting documentation.
