My take remains the same: Sweden's dogshit strategy is not to be emulated.
The thing is, w/ the benefit of hindsight, we might all be in the same place 36 months from now (even Taiwan & New Zealand), in which case Sweden will have gotten there, arguably, with less pain.
Prospectively, this appears unlikely to me, but who knows. My stance is that if this comes to pass, then the whole world will have more important things to do than bicker about Sweden.
Until then, Sweden is a disaster. And the USA is doing some sort of maladroit emulation of Sweden, except that our population has more comorbidities. Which will mean worse outcomes.
